I hope this post is meant as a joke,... but in case it's not. You need to learn some basics first.
Understand the importance of (copy)writing, marketing and SEO. There are a lot of factors that play into the viral aspect of an article / video / website. Humor, wit, etc.,.. What are you entertained by? Have you the resources to create that kind of content, if not, do you have the money to outsource it? e.g. hire somebody who does the writing, marketing, etc.?

My suggestion for you is to pick any area related to your goal above and learn something along the way...
