Website Reorganization/re-design...

Hi All,

I need your opinion regarding a website reorganization.

I have a website with about 1K users per month, that "do" 1-2$ per month from AdSense.
It contain a static front page (free service), more related pages with more free services, a blog with 130 post, and some free to download niche related windows tools.
The site CMS is WordPress.

I want to do some changes to the site, include change the front page, category name, move to https etc.
I think the site have good potential but it need some changes...
Will stay in same niche...

What do you think will happens in related to SEO - backlinks, site matrix etc.?

Depends how you will handle the redirection and all. It's all about migrating a site and making sure Google understand what you did, and that what you did make some sense. Nothing bad should happen if you do it good.

Well, unless you missed out on interlinks or simply failed to observe onpage guide (easily found here), you should not face dire consequences..

Please be more specific like removing of certain pbn links towards your site after redesigning or removing cloud tags blah
