That kind of issue (server / website down for technical reasons) are minor penalties. Can you tell us more about your hosting issue ?

What is the hosting issue? Was the server down for too long, was it bad neighborhood, what was it? If the rankings are down due to too much downtime, then it would return back within a few days of the website being live again.
