Hi my website is about sport niche I have 12 articles and I own 2 facebook groups with 4k and 1k members where I share my articles but traffic is low , my website is 1 month old what is the next step that I have to do to rank and get more traffic ??

You can use Facebook Ads to promote your FB pages.
And in another part make regular updating on your site.
You can buy traffic for your sites for easy promotion and try to build backlinks.
Do On-Page Optimization but it takes a while to get good rank.

You own one month old site, it takes a lot of genuine effort and patience to get some decent visitors.

After 3 - 4 months, if you are working on the right direction you can start getting more serious traffic from Google. You must work hard and search engines will certainly reward it.

If you feel that the things don't look good in the first month, don't give up - keep try using white hat techniques.

It will increase your traffic. Your site will get good ranking.
