I need a website (NONE WORDPRESS) for a client that's starting a crypto asset management program where people are able to invest from 1 week up to 1 year +.
The site design needs to be similar to these

Clean and modern, even better if we add some animation.
For the client area, they will be using https://codecanyon.net/search/investorm so it would be a huge advantage if you were literate in that code as we will need to adjust some of the UI so it integrates (for instance the investment plans).
They are looking to get started asap with an eye for completion within the next 3 weeks.
