Website buidl recommendation?

Hello, so i got a fully designed wesbite PSD;

It's a landing page, i'm looking to have a blog section, having a possible page where it will be some GUIDE, and an other page with my gitbook.

It's a crypto project, is wordpress the best option to have a sexy and bugless wesbite, optimized SEO with an easy to use blog stuff etc?

Or i should do a landing page in react ; and then wordpress blog on subdomain?

I'm trying to find some suggestion from dev etc, but i'm getting none.

Also, what dev service would you recommend on BHW for such project ?
