Hi everyone! Newly registered lurker in need of advice! My colleague and I decided to start our own webdev company.
We specialize in creating large quantities of very simple ecommerce websites. We thrive on delivering large quantities of e-commerce websites (thousands). Every step of the way is automated.
To give you an idea, we had a "gray" client that needed +2000 ecommerce websites for various types of products (nutra, electronics, pet products, hardware etc.) We were able to deliver that amount in few days. We provided products from Amazon (I currently have a personal database of +40k Amazon products, with images, detailed reworked descriptions and specifications)
We setup and verified WHOIS info, created a linode/cpanel setup for them, support emails for each domain with functioning SMTP. (The project completion would've been faster if there were no other clients to deal with)
Apart from very basic websites we are also capable of creating highly detailed/complex ones.
So my question is: how do we start and what should we do?
