1. drag and drop web builder
2. free domain
3. free email

i found hostinger pretty much affordable. is there any alternatives ?

NB: i am going to start a brand new website

Get hostingers cheapest deal that provides .com domain and install elementor, you can find a nulled version on bhw or elsewhere.
