Looking for decent graphic designer with coding abilities for basic java/html/flash all kind of depends on the project. I'm not paying full prices, this is second hand work when my company gets too backed up to fulfill orders. This is outsource work, not something that's going to pay you $50/hr.
Have gone through all the designers with posts here on BHW, Looking for even more for when they can't fit the bill or we all are too backed up.
