Go to webmaster or search console and add your property.
after getting HTML code and put on tumblr web2.0 Head section.
Go to Tumblr Web2.0 Dashboard and click on edit in HTML and put code and verify.
After verify you can index your whole website.

That method is working... but... after time that link possible going out from google.
Why? I tell you why.
If you dont know your page with your post has a three different urls in Tumblr. I mean /amp and /embed in the end this pages. And you should push to GW this all pages.

I would just forget about tumblr. It's been spammed to death and doesnt pass much authority nowadays. Dont get me wrong, it used to work fine few years ago, but nowadays ita almost useless. Most likely you gonna be fighting with google to get it indexed and its gonna be a pain in the a**
