Web 2.0 301 redirect to money site

Hey guys,

Does anyone have experience ranking a money site by doing 301 permanent redirects of a web 2.0 to a custom domain money site?
What is the best of these two options:

1. PBNs link to web 2.0 that was 301 redirected to money site, then blasting the web 2.0 with tier 1 links.
2. PBNs link to money site that was 301 redirected from a web 2.0, then blasting PBNs with tier 1 links.

Wondering what you guys think about this.

Usually people build web 2.0 directly on the money site, and blast gsa link on Web 2.0 personally I feel 301 redirects losses juice fast
