Ways to blast SMS in US

Hi guys,

I'm an ex-programmer looking to get into IM, particularly SMS & mobile. I've been lurking here, on other sites, and doing a bunch of reading on SMS to compile a list to share with other noobs. So far people seem to be using any and all of the following:

Web Platforms

Pinger
Twilio
DotGo
Trumpia
atomic bulk sms sender

SMTP Gateways (US only)

SMS Bomber
auto sms system - now defunct
Other software using SMTP

Desktop software & modems with prepaid unlimited SIMs

SMS Caster
SMS Commander - Android app
Modem pools - may include reflashed phones such as Razr (may be others?) and SW Air Cards (USB)
SIM Gw from Quescom, Teles, Hyperms

I understand how most of these work just not sure where to start my journey in IM. Any suggestions for blasting in the US, or from US out ?

email to sms works if you got alot of domains...

Thanks for the tip. Do they put any limits on blasts ?

Thanks for the tip! Any network harder to deliver on than the others? Are they watching the traffic on the email > sms gateways?
