Ways around PayPal withdrawal fee

Recently started dropshipping from AliExpress. After receiving my first payment I realized that PayPal will charge me 5$ for each withdrawal. I somehow need to place my customers' orders on AliExpress and generally Ali doesn't accept PayPal payments. My last resort would be to contact the suppliers and reach an agreement with them to accept PayPal (this can be problematic) but I'm looking for other solutions. Does anyone have any experience with this?

1: Don't use PayPal

2: Use a payment gateway where the money can be momentarily held then transferred to your bank, such as Stripe or Shopify.

3: Front the money out of your own pocket and only transfer money from PayPal when it gets to a certain amount eg: $100

Since shipping takes 4-6 weeks, do your orders on a weekly basis. This will allow you to withdraw paypal only once a week (to avoid withdrawal fees on each transaction) and also give you plenty of time to receive the money on your credit card and pay Ali .
