Yes, there is an API link to rotate proxy manually.

I recently got an AT&T proxy from Water Proxy. The proxy has been very unreliable. Previously (non-AT&T), where I was able to get an IP to work for 10 minutes to scrape Google, the new ones don't even last 1-2 minutes. The reset proxy API is wonky, I lost 2 days because the device was stuck on an IP and couldn't renew it. I had to manually reach support to restart it.
This was one of the best mobile proxies on BHW, but I guess not anymore.

For you to say I'm no longer one of the best mobile providers because of just one small issue, that's being fixed is a bit harsh, but I understand.
My proxies are nothing but quality, and I value customer support. And there will be times, where things may not work 100% that's in every scenario of life,
but I'm always here to fix it and provide the best support along the way.
I hope to another updated review real soon

If the proxy goes down, the customers shouldn’t have to wait for you to get it up again. I lost more than 16-18 hours and I don’t except you to be up all the time or hire a 24x7 support, it would be good to have an API to reset yourself.
I’ll wait for you to fix the issues so I can continue using your proxies for as long as I scrape

I don't really write reviews often, but I can't recommend this service at all.
I've been in the proxy game for a while. From personal and commercial use to almost launching my own business. I didn't move forward as the health concerns involved. Wasn't worth it to me.
The seller here is very unprofessional. I've lost access to my proxy well over 5 times in the last month. Network issues. He will change your login credentials randomly without warning you. I use software and everything is automated. When the proxy goes down, or credentials get changed, it doesn't get fixed until I can manually see it. This is a big problem for me and so far haven't had an issue with other's.
I paid specifically for Florida and noticed the IP logging from NY. Cause for concern if you are dealing with specific location.
There's no subscription payment so if you forget to pay him on the due date, or forget, he will close your service without messaging you. Happened today when I go to check processes and notice it hasn't been running at all. No warning, no message asking for payment.
There's lots of other providers on this forum, it's really not worth risking your service for. Or just get your own USA sim for $30/mo so you don't have to deal with sellers like this.

To say my service is unprofessional is complete nonsense.
You were having issues with downloading images on Google, and I even gave you extra days to compensate.
The only Location is Florida, so I have no idea what you're talking about, saying New York.
Please stop spreading misinformation.
