haha I already changed the "paraonoid" part.

A sizeable percentage of tor exit nodes intercept outgoing traffic on interesting ports before relaying it.

The general issue about different types of proxies and their levels of protection is fairly common knowledge if you've read much about proxies.
And ScrapeBox's proxy checker and management is one of the best in-built proxy tools any app has, it does the job very well for identifying proxies in sbox - if you use it correctly (which isn't that hard, reading is fundamental). Also, if you want to use proxies outside of sbox, or if you want to be really careful, or whatever, run the IP's you have through Charon. It's that simple.

It's not just the type of proxy, it's also what you're using them for... There's some code on pages that for most proxies can detect your real IP - been known about for quite a while.

For programs that are web browser based (ie. they use the http protocol via internet explorer) even if you don't get to see the browser's window, you MUST disable the JAVA engine (not javascript). All IPs are open wide if you open a website with such a java applet, no matter how anonymous your proxy is, or it's type.
