The same can happen on YouTube. It is some recent Google update that angers a lot of brands. People set their brand's establishment date as birthday and get blocked from all Google services.
Just google "You do not meet the age requirements for a Google Account." and you will find a lot of angry discussions on the topic.

How about fucking off G+ ? Come on people, what's so important if you are on one social network or another ?
I use Facebook only to get connected with around 50 close friends, communicate and share some images or info. nothing else.
And i don't need a new social network to do the same thing.

But understand this has nothing to do with google messing anything up lol, this was your own fault for not reading T.O.S and breaking them man. You can't get upset at google because you neglected to read their T.O.S

Who said I'm upset? I'm disgusted.
In a 1 press of a button they blocked access to account with 2 years of good track, that includes:
1. gmail
2. webmaster
3. analytics
4. blogger
5. youtube
6. adwords
They didn't take the time to warn, they just used the situation to get my personal details. Thats disgusting, and although I have much to loose if I dont unblock the account something tells me that its a good time to part from Google and search for an alternative.
Cause you know, tomorrow I might break another TOS mistakenly and then they will want to count my children as well.

I faxed them my passport, and asked to unblock my account. Since I clearly do not violate their TOS. In spite the fact that I was born at 2009 i'm no longer a child:
After that :
1. I opened a new brands' mail on mail.com, and actually liked it more than gmail.
2. Replaced Analytics with Woopra - really nice replacement.
3. Moved the brand's blog to wordpress.
4. Decided that I no longer need google webmaster, as some of my sites are doing very well without it.
5. Created about 300 gmail accounts for black hat activity on Google+.
All in all I think I gained more than I lost.
