Actually I think you'll find I said that:

Most sites that require personal information don't allow pre-teens to sign up because of privacy laws in various countries.

pre-teen as in under 13, your the one who said you had set a date as being under 10 years ago which is what I was referring to.

Also if you read Google's TOS you are supposed to use premium accounts for businesses not the free personal ones (of course everyone uses the free ones, but that isn't being 'honest' as you put it).

But keep being a total fucking noob I'm sure you'll go far one day.

The fact of the matter is the OP fucked up, and is crying about how shitty google is. It's clearly NOT googles fault that this dude decided it would be a good idea to enter his age saying he was under 10 years old. he claims he has years of experience, if this is true then why the hell would you do something so stupid to an account you have been using for for over 2 years?

in the OP defense, when peopl are make account really fast its easy to make mistake like this.

if G asks for cc, have you tried visa gift card or soemthing?

it is phising email.
