Hey, which antidetect are you using? And how many accounts do you need to warm up? If you can’t warm them up manually, you could try automation, but I’m a bit concerned about using automation for social accounts. Personally, I split my IG accounts among a few people to manage. I log them in through the Hidemyacc browser and warm them up by searching hashtags, browsing posts, and sometimes clicking into the poster’s profile to watch their reels. It’s almost fully manual, but I feel it’s safer that way. Hope it helps.
To post quickly without warming, keep interactions low-risk: like a few posts, follow relevant accounts slowly, then post your reel. Avoid mass actions the first day—gradual niche engagement reduces flags.

If you want to skip the long warm - up, you can simulate natural activity first (profile editing, follow/unfollow a few accounts, like/comment some posts, watch reels) for a few hours before posting.
For reels, better to start with light/neutral content in your niche, then gradually push the main content.
Your setup with antidetect + static proxies is fine, but make sure each account keeps consistent device fingerprint and IP.

I just buy from a provider in my local area since the IG accounts I run are only targeting my country. But I’ve also tried using proxies from Proxysale, pretty decent for the price, although I haven’t used them long enough yet.
