Wanting To Create A Proxy Selling Website - Datacenter and Residentials

Hey guys, So i've been a long time bhw member, just lurking and slowly building knowledge. I've had a few minor successes, but am hoping to invest in an official business. Proxy Reselling. 1)What are some websites that provide decent ipv4 leasing?
2)How do you set up IPV4's that you've leased (on whatever VPS that you decide to use) for reselling purposes?
3)I understand these will be Datacenter Proxies.How does one do this for Residential Proxies? I understand there are large networks out there, and the most obv decision is to resell the services - does anyone have a suggestion for a website that offers this at a low enough cost for reselling them to be viable? If someone can provide relevant - helpful info I'll be sure to paypal for the trouble/helping out.

The easiest way is "Rent" others residential proxies, but really need to take care of some disgusting proxy providers

Is there going to be a specific purpose you will resell those proxies for? For example, a lot of people resell proxies for sneaker copping. It's actually quite funny, because everyone advertises that they have the best proxies, even though all come from a few different pools. Anyhow, back to the subject. Most resellers get their proxies from several biggest players in the market. So I would suggest you look them up - some of them even list deals exclusively for resellers.
