WANTED: Test Subjects For A New SEO Service

Hi guys as promised. Here is my update at the end of week One

As i said earlier this is a brand New Site only purchased 10 days ago with 4 pages of content and super competitive keywords

All 5 keywords are now ranking in the Serps Between pages 10 and 14.

At this stage I am very impressed with how quickly David has got my site indexed and ranking. As we all know, these days Google can be very slow to index new sites.

I am also very impressed with Davids communication. As this is an important part of any service,

So 10 out of 10 for service and Results. and looking forward to the next 40 days.

Week 2 update

Still very early days but some very positive movement.
  • SERPs - Main keywords are all ranking page 8, some secondary keywords down to page 6
  • Ahrefs - I can see 3 different types of links to the homepage now. All high quality and all 100% niche relevant.
    • Result = links continue to juice up the T2 level pages and serps are improving
  • GWT - 133 links hit GWT this week
  • Traffic - Long tail keyword pages have doubled in traffic, it will be interesting to see if this continues in the coming weeks as there is no links to these (not part of the test) so the only juice they have is passed on from the homepage to T3/T4 level pages.

Week 3 update

Big jumps this week.
  • SERPs - 1 of the 3 Main keywords is now at 33, other 2 on page 8, some secondary keywords down to page 5
  • Ahrefs - New links for money pages starting to hit, given the 40+ serp improvement for 1 of the keywords, the links are good :)
  • GWT - no update this week as expected
  • Traffic - doubled again in the last week so site wide effect is confirmed - 100+ uniques p/d for last 7 days across all site pages, hit 150+ for last few days.

Week 4 Update:

Things are really starting to move from this service. I am using this service on a brand new website. It was around 14 days old with zero link building done when the OP started the service. I have not added any content to the site since then.

There has been a lot of improvement in the past week. GWT is showing 191 RD pointing towards the site. The overwhelming majority of those links are from the press release that was done in week 1. I usually never see many links from press releases showing up in GWT, so I'm very interested to find out which PR service the OP went through.

Rankings for my primary money KWs are climbing. All but the 1,300 MS one were N/A as of last week. GWT is showing great improvements in LSI of those money KWs.

Considering we're 4 weeks in on a brand new site with very minimal content, I'm very happy with the results.
 
Week 5 Update
  • GWT continues to see new links and the SERPS have been dancing a little but mainly staying fairly constant.
  • New links hit 1 of the target pages a few weeks back and following the GWT update, the main KW has gone from 44 to 21 which is excellent for the 12k KW. Secondary KW's have also improved.
  • Noticed a new link to another target page this week and main KW has moved up to page 7. 22k KW.
Overall, really impressed and getting close to trial goal for 1 of the main keywords.
 
Just so everyone taking part in this knows, I am away on holiday from today for 2 weeks. Work will continue from my team, but I won't be replying to messages/emails.
 
I am also interested in would like to test it on some of my websites.
 
Week 6 update:

I have done absolutely nothing to this brand new site since the OP started his service. Despite that, rankings continue to improve. The KWs are dancing nearly every day, with positions stabilizing higher and higher in the SERPs. More links are appearing in GWT. I really like the slow and steady approach to this service.

Week 8 Update
  • New links hitting GWT targeted at 1 of the search terms which has pushed it up into the 40's. Still quite a lot of dancing but overall improvements, with a couple of big jumps.
Quality of links and drip feed remains high.

I received my final report today. First and foremost, here are the rankings:

The service was ran on a brand new website, with only 19 pages of content and zero backlinks.

The service consisted of the following:
  • Premium Press Release - I saw a lot of these links appear in GWT. The press release was well-written.
  • Branding Links - These look like they were handmade. No noticeable grammar and spelling errors. Bios are completely filled out.
  • Image Sharing - Images of my affiliate product were uploaded. They were all live as of today.
  • Meetup and Events - Each link contained 100~ words of related content, along with a link to my website. All links still alive
  • Real Estate Listing - This is one I haven't seen in diversity packages before. Well done.
  • Document Sharing - The usual .doc share links. All of them are well-written and still alive.
  • Edu Profiles - The usual .edu profile links. Nothing special. All are complete and alive.
  • Storeboard - This is another link I haven't seen in diversity packages. Good stuff.
  • Video Submission - The video the seller created was really good. Certainly better than most videos you get as part of diversity packages
  • High DA Articles - The articles are well written and relevant. Some of the blogs are no longer alive.
  • Github Links - All links are alive and surrounded by relevant text.
  • Portfolio Links - Images of my affiliate product were uploaded. They were all live as of today.
  • Career and Job Links - Links are alive and well. Some of these I haven't seen in diversity packages before
  • Wishlists Links - Half of the links are down, but the ones that are alive are well-made
  • PBN Posts - These weren't included in the report. I haven't seen any in GWT either.

Overall impression:

For a diversity service, this is well done. Usually links from diversity packages are dead after 60 - 90 days. Most of these links are still alive and well. They appear to all be made by hand. There was a lot of thought put into this package. I'm happy with the rankings, since only brand/naked/generic anchors were used to my homepage. This package sets a nice foundation for my next phase of link building.
 
3 Month Update
  • Still seeing improvements for my 3 main keywords. SERPs are compared to 1 month ago, so decent month on month improvements.
  • Not seen any new links to inner pages but GWT is still picking up new links to homepage.
  • All links to inner pages are sticking and most of the press release links are still live, obviously a few have dropped but live ratio is excellent.
