Wanted : .NET/Socket programmer - Small proxy app

I need a small .NET application done which :

- Scrapes socks5 resources online to bring/check consistantly new proxies. could use script like this
http://pokemongalaxy.110mb.com/proxy.php or any other url added.
- Should allow use of IPORT:U for Private proxies
- Allows to add new proxies manually or through upload (txt)
- on Main Interface, Makes a list of all the working US Socks proxies and only displays:
IP / City/State / Online Status /USE
- USE Button to PUT/INject Choosen/Selected Proxy/(ies) into Firefox


Efficient & Fast.
All the work needs to be done in the background.
Multithreaded for speed and very stable
Just need to be using a working proxy from a selected city and state in the US at any given time.
All other proxies from Other countries, Non working proxies, Non Socks5, BlackListed etc.; Should be Filtered out
So I have a Clean list to use. Short and Simple


ex : An Imported list of

119.246.66.236:1080
119.255.15.50:1080
119.40.0.17:1080

Will be handled and come back listed in the App as

IP CITY STATE STATUS SELECT
119.246.66.236:1080 Los Angeles CA OK O
119.40.0.17:1080 Chicago IL OK O

All the bad ones will not be listed.
