Want to build similar website like 9GAG

I have purchased a domain called bestviralgags.com
Its about viral photos and videos.
Already have all social media accounts registered.
I want to build a websit elike 9GAG.
How can I gradually build a website and community like that. I post good contents in facebook and boosting some posts.

Please help.

I'd pick a shorter name for starters.

IF you are developer then you can build.

I think you would need lots of money for Facebook ads. Post at least 3 viral contents per day and test each one for $1 budget /dayon FB Boost. Keep boosting the one that receives most engagement. That's what I read from another thread.

Also, there's this blog (i'm lazy to search) where he actually did what you wanna do now. He claimed one would have to have at least $500 budget / month (ON FB ADS ALONE ) to build a viral website.

Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm just sharing what I was told because I've also been wanting to build a site like Viralnova.com but I can't spend that much on FB Ads.
