If your serious about becoming a dev stop with the tutorials: youve already done enough

The majority of people who produce tuts or books have *never shipped a significant project* and are not technically expert in depth or in breadth.

    First, learn to touch type.

Then read the docs of your language of choice and libs. Get used to reading public code (github etc) until it gets like second nature.

Then master your editor of choice and set it up to suit you. Stick to standard coding conventions.

Now focus on a small set of goals and learn by doing, like this girl:

Watch pluralsight training vids, they have tutorials for pretty much every major language, and they take you from novice to knowledgeable very quickly.

Do you have a specific programming language in mind?

You said you have some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. So are you looking for advanced topics on those languages? Or a server-side language (like PHP)? The answer to this question will significantly help people narrow down on what to recommend.
