Want bot for views, need help with proxies

I have a bot that lets me make gmail accounts, But I am having a problem with the proxies. I would like to know if there was a way to make my own residential proxies? They are stupid expensive! I would be willing to spend money on stuff to be able to do it myself!
What I am looking to do with all of this is to start a lot of youtube account that have dedicated proxies, and use them to provide high retention views,
