want a youtube channel

ok ~ right now I'm not looking for profit. I need to know how to start up a youtube channel. there's one I like in particular & I don't know how she did it because the videos of the guy speaking his voice has changed. she refuses to address this issue therefore I feel she did it to use the materials. how do I get the information, make personalized videos, etc. I know I prob. will need to black hat this although I'd rather not.
