VPN for several IP's

Hi,
I have an issue with vpn. I want to buy one, but I don't know if it will works, because of my internet. I use several wifi Internets. So if I will install vpn to my computer it will works with all those my Internets?
And BTW do other's users of the same internet(router) or router owners will see that I am using that?

Okay, most VPNs allow 1 connection at a time so you can't connect from 2 PCs at the same time. Also, I know a good cheap VPN. Send em a PM.
