Voting bot/script

I'm looking for someone to create a simple bot for voting purposes on a particular website.
Basically the bot needs to:
- take one proxy from a list (txt)
- visit the web page
- click the vote button

Best is if the script can work with PHP and a cronjob so no machine should be running all the time on my side. Other solution will be a windows or imacro script.
