Hi everybody !
I want to promote an offer CPA who accepts only 5-10 countries with a video youtube.
To ranking this video i will buy view, likes... but what can I do to get the real people watching my video from the countries that are accepted into the CPA offer ?

if you need real people, real views without some bots ; then you can use google adwords ad service.
 
No it's not that...
For ranking my video i want buy views bot with some panels but after we can get views (free) for a specific country ?

If per example i create a video to learning trading crypto, how can i optimize this video for get views to uk and us mainly.

You have nothing to do because you have no control on who is whatching your video, if you want viewers from a specific countries then you have to run ads.
