after that I would start using AE for more quality, effects etc.
I prefer to use pinacle AE and vegas at the same time since each one has it's own easy part.

i don't have talent in editing . i just use windows movie maker
but i heard that adobe and sony products is the best

I just got Pinnacle Studio 16. Works nice. I still have to learn a lot to do more complex editing with it.

As an professional video editor I can say that Final Cut pro 7 is the best editing software because of the flexible, fast and custom way how to deal with codecs. Or else I will go for AVID. It's really steady in use but you'll have to convert a lot before you even start.

Right now I'll see the benifits to upgrade to FCP X, but it takes a while to adjust my editing style.

P.s I tried several programs as Adobe Premiere, Vegas, and Boris. In the end every program will crash when you go for the big renders. But of all the programs FCP crashes the least.

To edit movies, I use Final Cut Pro 7 and X depending on what I am doing with the video. I also use Adobe After Effects. All of them together work great.

I tend to use Sony Movie Studio combined with the likes of Camtasia - depends on what type of video you plan on recording and editing.

What has been more then sufficient for me is buying VideoHive After Effects templates which come with video tutorials on how to edit...

Because I make decent change, I pay $70 a month for team adobe, which offers access to all Adobe products which can be shared on another PC for $70/mo..

Of course I have seen some video hive templates around these forums and know of torrents for aftereffects.

It is very tough to choose one movie editing software between Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas because both are nominated in different features. I am big lover of Sony Vegas so my vote is always with this.

Adobe After effect is the most powerful tool for editing and extra extra effects applying software, im suggesting that this one is the one which have all plugins available tutorials are available.
