Hi,
This freelancer work requires a little skill in video editing. You need to be able to cut videos and take the part which is interesting, for example cut out the part between 1:10 and 1:23 and use the 13 seconds in between. Put multiple cut out parts together and make on video from several cuts.

Next, you need to be able to find videos in the niche I will tell you and be able to download these videos and edit them.

Like I said fairly easy task which will involve little work.
Will pay 50 bucks a month but negotiable. Need about 20-30 videos a month. More can be done? Thats a plus.

LOL seriously? A decent video editor starts at 60$. Bump that up a little bit more than u might get a hit :)
