very low conv% on blanks

what may be the problem? and please understand: the conversion rate, the ctr, etc. EVERYTHING IS ZERO besides clicks. i see lots of threads on here like "0 views on tiktok" and people replying with "are you sure you've got enough hashtags? maybe your content is bad" and i have knowledge in tiktok, its NEVER no hashtags or the content, the problem is elsewhere. i think the same goes on here. in my opinion theres a fundamental problem somewhere in this - one i don't see. please enlighten me.
