can I apply for a visa card even though I don't have a bank account? If yes, can I withdraw my paypal earning even though I don't have a bank account??

filipino members i need help thanks...

Here are your options:

If you can not have / want a bank account apply for a pre paid BPI CC . You can do that online. Cost is about 700 piso and delivery ( if you wish to have it delivered ) something like 200 piso.
With the card you can verify.

You may exchange the paypal funds on sulit for g-cash. I think there are still people that do that but make sure you don't get ripped off.

If you can have a bank account things will be easier. No need for any card for verification.
You will need a passbook savings account, a ATM account will not do.

Just get an ebay account, link the paypal account to it and try to list anything on a ebay premium site - .com, .de etc.

It will prompt you for verification and gives you the choice of a CC or bank account. Use your bank account and wait for the 2 micro deposits.

AUB and Eastwest is my choice for banking. Short lines if you need to actually go to a branch. Both banks require 5k PHP as deposit and you need to keep that balance or they may just close the account.

EON is the debit card of Unionbank. You will automatically have a bank account with them once you apply for it.

Only requirements are 350 for the annual fee and 2 valid IDs.

Go to bank branch near you because the card is usually for pickup after 2-3 weeks.
