Verification process at bitfinex

Hi All,

Has anyone signed up to bitfinex recently since i signed up and submitted all documents about a month ago and still nothing. sent them 2 support requests an they just seems to be getting ignored. are these legit people running the platform and are their any other platforms that dont waste this much time in approving an account so i can buy some IOTA coins.

Are you looking to buy IOTA from Bitfinex directly?

If not, you can buy BTC or ETH from Coinbase or something and then send it over to Binance and trade it for IOTA.

I have been using bitfinex for a long time and it's my favorite market.

I've deposited, traded and withdrawn several thousand USD in BTC with nothing but an email address.

sadly after reading the amount of negative reviews about the site im shocked and now just think its a dodgy site that i shouldnt of provided all my documents to since they just have been ignoring all communications made to them and the system keeps crashing whilst your logged in
