Vape industry, looking for a great affiliate program

Hello guys, I work in one vape company and I'm meeting some several problems about affiliate marketing, Shareasale doesn't want of us and I want to push hard our CPA. Have you any recommendation for me ? Which kind of affiliate marketing program should fit our industry ? Thank you so much for your help and comments !!!!!

What's wrong with Shareasale exactly? I know they have a bunch of vape companies listed there. In fact, that's the only network I've seen any vape companies in so far. Some host their own affiliate programs though.
