Using side accounts to promote main IG

i created some fan accounts for a client and posted 9 - 15 pictures of her once
now just doing f/uf (500 follows per day) and 50 - 100 dm's (spin syntax) for new followers
i never have ev or pv

But why not post? If you post with relevant hashtags and tag main acc in caption, would not more people notice?
