Using Scrapebox with a captcha service

Ok then, first thread, total n00b (just being honest)...

I have been testing Scrapebox for a month or so with a single domain and have seen various results, my backlinks have certainly increased and my position on g00gle has gone up and down.

My question is this: will using a captcha service improve the success rate of posting comments significantly?
