Using same keywords from banned Adwords a/c

Hi folks

Just a formal question. Can we create a new Adwords A/c with the same set of keywords (same niche with a little variation of course) which were there in the previous banned account? The keywords which I am planning for have a few competitors, about 2 websites.

Rest of the things (domain, Website, hosting, IP, PC, CC(real)) are new.

I have tried that 2 times and I was busted.

Can you please share your experience with this?

Apart from that, I am looking for an Adwords account and it must run the campaign I need for at least a week. I can pay a small initial upfront to set up the campaign and bring in some traffic. Please PM me your offer.

What was the reason of ban? If all stuff is new including billing (card, address, name) and your niche is not violating Google's policies it should be fine. But it's also possible that Google uses info about your IP and device characteristics.

I had taken care of the device and IP. In fact, the new website's domain and hosting were registered on a different service provider. But somehow they still suspended the new accounts I created. The new account was created on a different browser, i.e Chrome on Win7. I agree that Win7 was common on all the accounts, but I think that couldn't be a big footprint?

Niche is clean and its not really violating any of their TOS.
