Using online services to build passive income ( budget 2000$)

Hi everyone. I'm 26 year old from Romania . This is my first journey here even if I follow the bhw from some time never opened a journey. My goal is to build a passive income using a budget of 2000$ . I will invest this money in a site ,content, possibly seo or try to outreach other sites from my niche to try to get backlinks. As my service is take me 8 hours /day and I have a family the time that I have available is short. That is why I will start with this budget and try to outsource as much as possible. So far I only get from namecheap.com a domain and also hosting. I contacted few freelancers on upwork.com and freelancer to see who can build the site I want in a reasonable price. I will keep a spreadsheet with the cost and also the profit. I'm sure this can be profitable and the money is what I can afford to loos so hope will be a experience useful for others. I will update the thread from time to time with the updates so everyone know how will going. Thank you

For now I contact someone on upwork to make me the website. It cost 200 and will be ready in 5 days. I search for someone for content and seo. Hope will turn good. I will keep you all updated. So far I have expenses: $218.
