Using multi meta refresh does it works ?

Just want to kow please if it's possible to use multi eta refresh ? I have a products and they have 3 special offers.
Does it works if i do like this please

<meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="1; URL=xxx linking to product 1
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="2; URL=xxx linking to product 2
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="3; URL=xxx linking to product 3

I just want to know if i can do like when you look video in streaming sometime open in Chrome browser multi pages (no pop up)
Ho they do it and does it really help to get real clic or people hate it at all never do it.

Use Firefox to do this method and set it to clear cookies automatically when you close it.
