ofcourse it will work lol.
its human action, compared to bot action which are easily detected. these views come from unique real peoples mobile/pc and ip address.
my best suggestion to u will be to make them prove to u they are watching 70 to 80 percent of the video by sending u a recording of playing the video for the time u demand. i do this in my microworker instruction, so it works for me. i make all of them record their session of watching my vid, if not they will just lie that they watched and u will get poor retention.
another thing is i feel it will get obvious to youtube that u r making someone search for a vid and click it. so if majority of ur views are coming like that then idk if it will effect. so a good idea i have to make it appear more legit is, instead make it appear like the views are coming as external traffic from social media like whatsapp or facebook etc, so yt knows anyway videos can be shared on such platforms to drive traffic so it wont be suspicious.
create a post in facebook with the vid url, then tell the microworkers to click your link from the facebook url and watch it.
in this way the traffic source on youtube analytics will look legit, "traffic source external> facebook"
so if u r getting like 1k views from these microworkers for example, it will appear as if u got a lot of ur views from a facebook share.
you can do it with
whatsapp
discord
reddit.
so the best part about this it will look as if u got a viral share from social media and ur video might get suggested.
also a point to note, imagine your vid is 10 mins long, tell your microworkers to watch between 5-7 mins or more. in this way u will get random retention and look legit rather than instructing all of them to watch like 7 mins etc and will raise a flag
