Using local guides for blackhat

So except for being a local guide level 10, what blackhat stuff can i do? Verify maps? Have map edits verified. In the meantime it seams like its just for the sake of it

There is a method to create listings. I have never tried it personally though. Apparently, local guides can add a missing place and get it auto-approved. Though I do believe there are some limitations. I've never tried it before though.
