using kw rich domains with link-wheels

Hi, lets says I want rank for "blue water" and I bought:

bluewater.com
bluewater.co.uk
blue-water.com
blue-water.co.uk

bluewater.co.uk would be my money site. Is it wise to use the other 3 domains ( each one hosted on a different IP) + web 2.0 sites to create the link-wheel?

Or should I only use the web 2.0 sites to create the link-wheel?

keyword rich= good idea
linkwheels= bad ideas
big g is starting to catch on to these
rinse your traffic though other sites,squiddo is a good one hubpages,even thought they have been nazis lately,. theres many more 2.0 sites to use.

The point of link-wheels is not just the sites linking together. The point is to feed off the authority of sites that are authority sites in Google's eyes.

Unless your sites that you are going to buy are established and have a lot of authority in Google's eyes, you would be wasting your time.
