if you have scraped public emails from facebook , you then need permission to send them emails .
opt in permission.
can be seen as spam if not opt in.
the only way is to send them to a page saying sorry for contacting you I have , what ever the offer , please tick my box so i can continue to contact you .
that will save your arse .....
