Using Facebook Page and Group for CPA still Work?

Is this method still relevant for promotion in facebook than using ad system on FB.
Last month I have use this

1. make a page, get alike.
2. make a post, take image and that link image go to landing page.
3. Share the post to Relevan Group.

My question This is still work.
Cause no conversion for me in one week.

It does work but it depends on many factors. Targeting the right audience, promoting a great product, etc...

A week is when people get their websites ready. You need to put in 100's of hours to get conversions. It's not that easy.

thanks for advice.. I have time onlye weekend when off from my family. now daily hard with offline jobs.
