Using dApp or Smart Contract to host proxy

Hey, maybe this is just really dumb, because I don't know enough about the technology, but wouldn't it be a really good idea to have an apache proxy server hosted as a decentralized application to use for scraping or botting?

Apache proxy server can proxy a special type of requests. If you want to proxy all traffic, you need usual proxy.
