User @thedynamic Scammed me!

Hi, Dear Respected BHW Moderators. My English Language is not so good. SO for that I apologize if any language mistakes then! Last months I posted a thread about Yelp Reviews. Which I needed for my clients. And got a vast amount of responses from BHW members. And the user @thedynamic inboxed me without the threads reply. And he said he has 30+ Yelp aged accounts to reviews my clients business and which don't drop after a while. And he sent me an Elite Yelpers profile too. And we deal about 15% of advanced payments of 30 reviews cost was $45 USD, where per non drop Yelp reviews we agreed to $10 and the total was $300 USD. And I sent him the payments of $45 or 15% of total cost of this deal. He posted 2 reviews and that was dropped. And he said he will doing these test reviews which are dropped. And a few days later after our conversation, he said he sent his reviewers to do the proper reviews. But he failed to do that. And after few days I asked him for refund my money. And then he said he will refund after he got the money from his Yelp reviewers. And I said I am not responsible for his reviewers. We deal with him and we need refunds from him. And after few days he stops the conversation with me and till now he didn't refund my money. So where will I get my money refunded and how can I trust other BHW members like @thedynamic , whom has 2 positive feedback here on BHW. Please help me to get my money refunded or I may get trustless.

Next time OP, it's better to give Mo et at least 7 days after reviews have been posted. If the reviewer doesn't agree on that, then they don't even trust their own reviews to stick for at least 7 days.
