USA processing

Hey, guys! I hope that you help me. I have a website with processing Visa/MC payments. But some time ago most of the payments are declined (3d secure, anti-fraud etc.) but I know that it's normal customers, not scammers. So I want to change my processing, but don't know any good processing what can approval website with smm services.

Have you any idea or examples? I need Visa/mc processing for US customers + PayPal but I am in CIS country and it's a very big problem for me. This processing must be in the USA. I think it's should fix my situation.
