I am not US resident and I found someone who is offring me us PayPal account with my name and with SSN number.

He saying that he will attach my payonner card to that PayPal account so that I can easily withdrawal money in my country.

Is it legit?

Opinion pls

Not sure if you can link payoneer anymore. Is he a provider here from BHW? It can be done using photoshoped docs.

no he is not from BHW, he said me you can order for payoneer card and he will arrange all the things. but I am concern if PayPal ask me for any verification in future, how he can get SSN number as it is supplied by US goverment
 
payoneer is available in some countries and what he is saying is possible but it does not mean he is legit
 
I have also 1 full verified paypal account with payonner master card and it's working.
 
He will probably provide a ssn because if you do not have one it can not be made without certain documents
 
SSN only for US resident. How is possible to SSN number on your name. And payoneer is not support on PayPal. It's banned most of time. So Real Bank Account is best.

Lot of seller available here. Just search on MISC section.
 
well if you haven't registered for a paypal account and someone wants to offer you a service for that, then I must say it must be a bogus.
