Urgent: Web Design Section Visibility Issue — Drastic Drop in Client Engagement Since UI Change

I’ve been an active service provider in the Web Design section since 2023, and over the past two years, I’ve maintained one of the largest and most diverse portfolios in that section. Until a few months ago, I consistently received inquiries and leads every week.

However, in the last 3-4 months, despite holding 9 active services under Web Design, I haven’t received a single message from potential clients — something that’s never happened before.

After careful observation, I strongly believe this is due to the Web Design section being hidden or hard to navigate in the new BHW layout. It used to be easily accessible from the left-hand sidebar, but now it's buried, making it hard for clients to even know this section exists.

This impacts not just me, but all serious sellers and clients looking for professional web design services.

Kindly review the visibility and placement of the Web Design section. A small tweak in the UI might bring back a huge amount of organic engagement.

I deeply appreciate the efforts you put into keeping BHW strong and growing — this is a humble request to help bring back visibility to a vital marketplace category.

I'm not sure if Web Design was a section in the left sidebar and they removed or replaced it, but this is the kind of service that can be severed affected by AI tools, there are many people using AI solutions instead of hiring someone as they used to be in the past.

Also, there are tens of sections on BHW Marketplace, unfortunately not all of them can be displayed on left sidebar. They are probably prioritizing the most visited ones, with more comments and engagement. Let's say they replace ''Image, Logos and Videos'' by Web Design. Then, sellers of Image, Logos and Videos will come here and create a thread like this to complain as well. It's hard to make everyone happy.

And I remember you were involved in a dispute a few weeks ago, you were inocent, but the point is that you had a customer a few weeks ago, I doubt you are not receiving any message for 3-4 months.

Maybe they could make the left sidebar even larger and include more sections, not sure if this is feasible or if people would really give it all this attention

It's a loop though. The sections not directly listed don't get views/interactions as much as the ones listed so of course the one listed would have more interactions

As mentioned, there are limited slots for the MP sidebar items, and Web Design was just not so popular in our recent review, but this is something we monitor.
