+++URGENT+++ STREAMING MOVIE help

Hello lads

I need a hand and an urgent answer I would like to open a movie and TV series streaming site and I had some no dmca hosting that interested me but when I go to contact them they always tell me

"you can't change the site domain, only the subdomain"

does anyone recommend any hosting which of course is no dmca?
